I have a brand new (in factory crate) Maserati front sub-frame to fit a Quattroporte (not the early duo-select, which use a different part number) or Granturismo for sale. Part number: 261715
These are a well known corrosion weakness on these cars and I purchased mine knowing at some point I would need to change it due to rust accumulation and hence related safety concerns. I didn't want to look at purchasing a refurbished item as usually by the time the frames are removed they are in a bad condition and require a lot of welding and it is very difficult to know the quality of what lies beneath the nice new powder coated finish and whether any distortion of the frame has taken place during welding (hence affecting the geometry of the car). Since purchasing the frame I've sold my Granturismo so no longer have use for it.
Retail price from Maserati is currently £4,764 plus delivery but they appear to be out of stock and possibly on back-order. I will accept £3,200 with collection from near Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
