I am sure someone with access to AI could come up with a poem and even a song so we can have our very own “anthem” to sing when we meet up :D
Not exactly an anthem, nor anything approaching William Blake, but this is what AI offers :) ...

In the realm of Maserati, where passions run high, A million posts we celebrate, reaching for the sky. Middle-aged brethren with a love for the road, Share car maintenance advice, in a digital abode.

Classic car events, a gathering of delight, Welcoming new members, into the fold so bright. Variators, part numbers, the talk of the trade, Ensuring our Maseratis never fade.

But alas, a car battery has met its end, Yet through low loaders, our rides we'll send. With good mornings exchanged, and banter so sweet, French cars and Jenny Agutter, making each post complete.

Pictures of the day, capturing beauty untamed, And bad jokes that leave us laughing, unashamed. Cigars and wine, a toast to the night, As we navigate this forum with all our might.

So here's to a million posts, a journey so grand, With Maseratis and memories, all hand in hand. To SportsMaserati, our digital home, Where passion for cars and camaraderie roam.

I see the Sainsbury’s bag for life has wheedled its way into the room from the landing.

Basically, I moved 75% of the stuff from my study onto the landing, cleaned up a bit, moved my desk from one end of the study to the other (fitting a replacement leg to the standing desk and re-doing all the wiring), and then just moved 87% of all the landing stuff back into the study,

Not to be pedantic, but I think your maths may be slightly off here @MarkMas ;)

Let's imagine for a moment that I had 2,000 things in my study.
  • I moved 75% of them - 1,500 - onto the landing.
  • I then moved 87% of them - 1,305 - back into my study.
  • To join the other 500 things already there.
  • Giving a total of 1,805 items in the end - or about 90% of the original number.

The maths seems to hold up.

To be fair, I both made up and rounded the percentages. But, on reflection, 1,500 and 1,300 sound about right.

You don't just get given this, you know. You have to earn it!
