Apparently this is the only Cup in green.Great. Wasn’t aware they were also delivered in green exterior. Very nice
Its in the best place for the resto, I would be buying some linen cloth and expanding the depth of your pockets though , great colour combo and extremely soothing to the eye , I always thought Suburu used the cup in there design stages , Look forward to seeing her back on the road once again in fine fettleI've finally gone and done it, I've joined the ranks of Maserati owners.
I've bought a Maserati Ghibli Cup, a RHD 2.0 – one of 24 remaining. It's a project and is with McGrath and will be for some time, but it's good to finally actually own one, rather than just write about them and hang around here like a bad smell. I'll be writing about the process for Classic Cars magazine, though the first instalment won't be for a while yet.
Is yours the white one?Congratulations, what a great find. My Biturbo 430 is going down to McGrath's on 3rd July so will be in good company.
Once and PonceCool look forward to following the process of bringing it back to life, you only live ponce so might as well do some thing you dream of
Is yours the white one?
Reminds me of the pub loo scene from 'Withnail & I' - "perfumed ponce!!"...Once and Ponce
Oops - you know what I meanOnce and Ponce
Sounded throaty and gurgly (in a good way)

Thanks for this great info. I've wondered where to send the shocks when needed as I like the originality and original feel. Mine still works fine after 25 years and 80K km. Nice and dry too. But eventually they will need refurb. I bought a good used set a few years ago but when I got them they were from Ottocilindri and not Evoluzione I suspect. Might work fine anyway. If you go down the route of repair I know a guy in the Netherlands who did a full repair of mine. While stripped he goes into the trouble of painting them. I got his contact details from Koni factory when i was inquiring, though he is independent.
I still went for the AS motorsport set but had them repaired as in the future I may want to go stock.
The picture shows them post rebuild and painted in koni red (originally were black in my QPIV but couldn't resist)

My Thema has the electric Boge shocks and was a straight forward rebuild done at home but parts for the Koni are more difficult to source I've heard.
