Morning all, a bit of children taxi duties but not much else.

Should think about packing for Italy as I'm off there on Friday for a long weekend at Villa D'Este concours see how the other half (well probably 1%) live

Morning all. Been up since 5. Had an hour and a half drive up the mountain in a fully loaded Stelvio. Market has been underway for an hour...sun still out. Hope all are well...

Good morning all. Karting first thing then home for F1. Went for a walk yesterday and sat on the river bank with a bottle of wine at midday. Just one we said….strolled home 10 hours later. Just love those days.

Morning all, well yesterday was a looooong day. Saw five detached houses and a plot. The plot needs enquiries made but is in a great location. Of the five, the thatched cottage was by far the most boxes ticked but a big negative was that it was virtually all the way down to Sandwich and wouldn’t make my work around that London very easy. The surprise of the day was the wildcard entry, a 1930’s bungalow, it had been unbelievably will put together with perfection to every detail. It has hard parking for 5+ vehicles, gated parking for another two and a garage plus a man cave workshop/shed! The village of Borden near Sittingbourne so 10-mins from two of the kids. Really didn’t expect this one to be the front runner.

Also got to see three of the grandkids, a walk on the beach and gelato at Morelli’s at Broadstairs and spotted an MC-20 on the way back to have dinner at our youngest’s.

Today will be taking stock and a walk around to snag this place so it can go back on the market.

Have fun all…
