I really don't think you can get a cheaper MC Shift with this spec (lots of carbon and the sports handling pack) in this condition with such low mileage.

It I has been well loved and looked after. Kept in a garage and driven carefully and has a full service history.

It is for sale from AV engineering for £42,995. It is an absolute steal especially as you are also buying from a trusted dealer.

The link is here which has photos and a better description.

Thanks

It is, I’ve probably done around a 1000 of those few miles, it’s a great car Chris, Ho yin never even redlined it while I was in it, just steady progress, if I was after a GTS, this would be up there....

Looks very nice - the spec condition and mileage is close to mine (but mines 2010) so I will be interested to see how quickly it sells .......

It’s got red stitching!!!!
Lol.....

Hahahaha! The closest that car's ever got to it. It'll need a good blast to clean it through. Lovely car. Someone will be picking up a fine example. Hoyin, good luck with a speedy sale.

What's up next?

I agree your car is the best value currently on the market for spec and mileage so good luck with a speedy sale. Being black on black with carbon I thought Iainw might have bought it to tide him over during his deliberations.

I note that Richards rosso 2012 car has dropped to the same price and looks similarly good value. No carbon but lovely colour combo imo.

What next?

Actually self propulsion for the time being.

I just have no need for a daily car I have come to realise.

I cycle to work everyday. I am actually only in the country at the weekend probably once a month and then I am too jet lagged to drive.

The last time the Masser was out for an actual proper drive was at Le Mans last year! So just no point keeping it.

Seems a shame to let it go especially at such a low price. Kinda think it would make more financial sense to keep it. But oh well.

I'll spend the money on a new bike or something.

Let's see how long I can keep this carless existence for before I get sucked into desire.

Yes, that makes sense. It's hardly an appreciating asset just yet, so no point having it and paying for maintenance, insurance and so on when you don't need to. Let's face it, it's not like the sun's shining and you're minded to go for a thrash through the mean streets of Wimbledon. Maybe when the weather turns and your travel schedule eases off, temptation may once more glance coquettishly in your direction.

Do you still have the Noble?

That's my old Rosso Trionfale - that had the 4 year major service 18 months ago during my watch, so Lambda's etc all done. It is a very sorted vehicle.

I know what I want now finally - to tide me over until the Portofino is available.

Yeah still have the Noble.

But happy that sits in the garage as it is not a daily and it is an appreciating asset!

Hi, wish I had started shopping a few months ago...! One question if I may - is it possible to tell whether a particular car has the sports handling pack by examining it? Or do I need to see the original build sheet / dealer invoice in order to prove it? Most of the MC Sportlines I've seen described don't explicitly state they have the handling pack, but for the few that do it would be nice to know how to confirm it once they're passing through the 3rd etc. owners.
