A rather nice morning here in Herts, bright and sunny albeit a cool feel to the air, but coffee “alfresco” was a good start to the day. At last, the long running saga of my Jaguar windscreen “recalibration” following replacement has eventually been resolved - so no warning lights and all...

Not feeling great, started to come down with something on Sunday and it’s got progressively worse, temperature- cough - sore throat blah blah a tad more than man flu. Not fair to inflict it on colleagues so have come to rest up at home. On the plus side I slept a full 10 hours last night !

I have used A Plan (Thatcham office) for years who appear to be specialist- always been competitive- quality cover and you deal with real people who actually answer the phone.

Missed much of the weekends wonderful weather as I have been at a conference, but this morning I ducked out early and am now enjoying a coffee in the sunshine after a short drive soaking up the rays in the Tiger. Need to get supplies for a family BBQ later, just hope the thunderstorms forecast...

I have had various cars that came with hard tops Stag x2 - TR6 - current Sunbeam Tiger and have never fitted any of them, they just ended up cluttering up the garage.

From the advert:- “Fitted with the ultra-rare optional factory alloy hardtop”

I was interesting in attending this but alas it clashed with a work related conference …….. I know where I would rather be ;)
